Refund Policy

Refunded automatically, no need to ask

If the slot's holder or asking price changed while you were paying, the sale is void and the whole payment is refunded by the system without you doing anything. You will see it back on your card within five to ten business days.

Refunded in full on request

Your slot never went live because of a fault on our side; you were charged twice; the site was down for the majority of the time you held it; or rent was charged at a rate other than the one shown when you bought.

Your unspent deposit

Give up a slot voluntarily and we will refund whatever is left of the deposit, less rent already accrued. Ask through the contact page from the email on the slot. This does not apply to a slot that foreclosed — by definition its deposit is already spent.

Not refunded

Rent already accrued; the purchase price of a slot that somebody later bought from you, since you were paid for that; a slot released for breaching the content rules; or regret about an asking price you set yourself, which you can change at any time instead.

Buyer's remorse, within one hour

Change your mind within an hour of buying, before anybody has bought it from you, and we will unwind the purchase and refund you. We will not do this repeatedly for the same buyer.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law of your own country.
