1. What this service is

AnyoneCanBuy sells twenty advertising positions under a self-assessed pricing rule. Holders set their own asking price, pay rent against it, and may be bought out at it by any other party at any time. Operated by Muddy Holdings LLC.

2. No chance element

Every price on this site is set by a person and displayed before payment. Nothing is staked on an uncertain outcome and there is no pot, draw or wager. This is a sale of advertising at posted prices.

3. Your asking price is a binding offer

By setting a price you make a standing, irrevocable offer to sell the slot at that price. You cannot refuse a buyer, delay a sale or withdraw the offer while you hold the slot. If you would not accept the money, do not name the number.

4. Rent and foreclosure

Rent accrues continuously at 5% of your asking price per week and is drawn from your deposit. When the deposit reaches zero the slot is released automatically and reopens at the minimum price. Rent already taken is not refundable and the foreclosure itself pays you nothing.

5. Proceeds and payouts

When your slot is bought you are credited your asking price less 5% commission, as a balance held against your email address. That balance may be spent on this site immediately, or paid out to you on request through the contact page. Payouts are processed manually and we may require proof of identity before sending money.

6. Void sales

If the holder or the asking price of a slot changes between you starting a payment and that payment settling, the sale is void and refunded in full automatically. No slot changes hands on stale terms.

7. Your content

You are responsible for the name, line and link you publish and confirm you may lawfully use them. You grant us a licence to display them here and in the permanent public ledger.

8. What we remove

We may release a slot without notice if it links to malware or phishing, carries adult or illegal material, impersonates a real person or company, or breaches Stripe's restricted businesses list. A slot released this way is not refunded and its deposit is forfeit.

9. Links are nofollow

All outbound links carry rel=sponsored nofollow. Nothing sold here confers search-engine ranking benefit and we make no claim that it does.

10. No warranty

Provided as-is. We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, conversions, uptime, or that anybody will ever buy your slot. Click counts are our own measurements and are indicative.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in respect of the slot concerned.

12. Changes

We may change the rent rate, commission or slot count for the future. A change never applies retroactively to rent already charged or a sale already completed, and any change to the rent rate will be announced on the board before it takes effect.
