What we collect

If you buy a slot: the name, line and link you chose to publish, your asking price, and an email address, which is both your receipt address and the key to your credit balance. If you contact us: your email and message. If you only visit: a session cookie and aggregate page and click counts.

What is public, permanently

The name, line, link, prices, rent, and every claim, sale, reprice and foreclosure are published on the board and in the ledger and stay there. Your email address and your credit balance are never published.

Your email is your key

Repricing a slot and requesting a payout are authenticated by the email address on the slot rather than by a password. This is deliberate — requiring an account would kill the thing that makes the board work — but it means somebody who knows your address could change your asking price. They cannot take your slot, your deposit or your credit. If that trade-off does not suit you, use an address you do not publish.

Payments

Processed by Stripe. We never receive or store card numbers. Stripe's own privacy policy governs what it collects and it may retain records after we delete ours.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, run third-party advertising trackers, or share personal information with anyone except our payment processor and where the law requires it.

Your rights

Ask us through the contact page for a copy of what we hold, or for it to be deleted. Ledger rows recording completed sales are excluded — they are financial records we keep for accounting.
