Twenty slots · priced by whoever holds them

You name the price.
Anyone can take it.

Set what your slot is for sale at. Pay 5% of that a week in rent. Anybody can buy it off you at your own number, any second — and when they do, you get paid it.

Why anyone would set an honest price

Because the same number does two jobs at once, and they pull in opposite directions.

  1. 01

    Price it low

Your rent is cheap — and somebody takes the slot off you tomorrow morning for exactly that little.

  2. 02

    Price it high

Nobody can afford to take it from you — and the rent quietly drains your deposit until the slot forecloses on its own.

  3. 03

    Price it honestly

The only comfortable place to stand is the number you would genuinely be happy to be paid. That is the whole mechanism.

  4. 04

    Losing it pays you

Being outbid on an ordinary board burns your money. Here, being bought out pays you your own asking price — you chose it, so you cannot be underpaid.
